Opening Exterior Gates at the Front of Building

The exterior doors at the front of the building and the one leading to the garage are very heavy as they are made of metal. Therefore, when opening the door, please do not open the door by pulling the key while it is still in the doorknob’s keyhole. Doing it this way ruins the key lock and leads to expensive repairs. We have installed handles above the doorknobs to use for opening the door to relieve the pressure on the locks from the heavy metal door. The best way is to use one hand to unlock and the other hand to pull the door using the handle above.
